Rewards + Referral Terms & Conditions
These terms define how rewards are verified and when credits/extensions are applied. Ultra may reject abusive, duplicate, or suspicious submissions.
A) Upgrade Solo Bonus (3 months Box Office)
- Reward: 3 months Box Office credit.
- To qualify: customer must install and log into a new app successfully without dial-in help.
- “No dial-in help” means no TeamViewer/Quick Support remote session and no agent-led installation.
- Verification: new app login must be successful and working.
- Timing: credit is applied within 72 hours of successful verification.
B) Intro Bonus (2 months Box Office per confirmed intro)
- Reward: 2 months Box Office credit per confirmed intro, up to 10 confirmed intros per account.
- A confirmed intro means the referred friend completes opt-in by replying YES or confirming via link/message (system records confirmation).
- Submitted contacts that do not opt-in do not qualify.
- Duplicate contacts, invalid contacts, and existing customers do not qualify.
- Timing: credits are applied within 72 hours of confirmed opt-in.
C) March Referral Madness (2 referrals = 12 months Ultra free)
- Promotion window: March 1 to March 31 (23:59 system time).
- To qualify: referrer must generate two (2) successful referrals during the promotional period.
- A successful referral is defined as:
- A new customer who has never previously held an account, and
- Purchases and activates a paid 12-month subscription, and
- Payment clears and the account remains active for 48 hours.
- Referrals activated before March 1 or after March 31 do not count toward the March promotion.
- If only one qualifying referral occurs in March, it may count toward the standard referral program but not the March promotion.
- Abuse prevention: duplicate accounts, household/IP abuse, reseller self-referrals, chargebacks, or suspicious activity may be rejected at our discretion.
- Timing: once two qualifying referrals are confirmed, the 12-month Ultra extension will be applied within 72 hours.
