Keep your MyUltra login details nearby and make sure your device is connected to a stable internet connection.
Follow the screen
Open the compatible app, choose Add User or Add Playlist, then enter the details supplied with your subscription. Save and allow the guide to load.

If something looks wrong
Restart the device and router. If the problem remains, contact MyUltra and tell us which screen you can see.
