Can I buy the remote by itself?+
No. The ZZ20 Pro is available only at the same time as a ZZ Box purchase, in the same order.
Is a backup remote included?+
Yes. When you buy a ZZ Box with the €24.99 ZZ20 Pro add-on, you receive 2 remotes: the basic remote included with your box and the ZZ20 Pro upgrade.
Can I switch the backlight and cursor off?+
Yes. White LED button lighting and gyro cursor control can each be switched on or off.
Will voice search work in every app?+
Voice search and Google Assistant depend on support from your connected device and the app you use. Ask our team to check your setup before ordering.
What does the warranty provide?+
A three-month replacement warranty. A faulty unit is replaced with a new unit.
